By using QuickFaceSwap at quickfaceswap.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
QuickFaceSwap is a free online AI face swap tool. You upload two photos (a source face and a target image), and the Service generates a face-swapped result using artificial intelligence.
2. User Responsibilities
By using this Service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old. If under 18, you have parental consent.
- All persons depicted in your uploaded images are 18 years or older.
- You own the rights to your uploaded images, or you have explicit permission from the rights holder.
- You accept that uploaded images are processed by a third-party AI provider and auto-deleted within 1 hour.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use this Service to:
- Create non-consensual explicit or sexual content (including "deepfake porn").
- Depict minors in any suggestive or explicit context.
- Impersonate real people (especially politicians, celebrities, or private individuals) for fraud, harassment, or misinformation.
- Create political misinformation or fake news.
- Harass, bully, or defame any person.
- Violate intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without permission.
Violations will result in immediate blocking and may be reported to authorities where required by law.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All results produced by this Service are AI-generated. They may not be photorealistic, may contain artifacts, and do not represent real depictions of any person. QuickFaceSwap is not responsible for how users use or distribute generated content. You are solely responsible for your use of generated images.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to the images you upload.
- Generated images using the free tier include a watermark and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
- The QuickFaceSwap name, logo, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Key points: images auto-deleted within 1 hour, no accounts, hashed IPs only.
7. Free Usage Limits
The Service offers 3 free face swaps per day per user (tracked by hashed IP). We reserve the right to adjust this limit, add paid tiers, or discontinue the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, available, or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickFaceSwap shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QuickFaceSwap harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, contact abuse@quickfaceswap.com with: identification of the copyrighted work, the specific URL or content, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We will respond within 48 hours.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
