QuickFaceSwap is a creative tool for personal entertainment. To protect people and comply with the law, we enforce strict content rules.
1. Allowed Uses ✅
- Swapping your own face onto fun photos (memes, jokes with friends who consented).
- Creative projects where you own or have permission for all images.
- Artistic and educational exploration of AI face swap technology.
- Fictional character face swaps (e.g., swapping your face onto a movie still for parody).
2. Prohibited Uses ❌
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate blocking:
- Non-consensual explicit content — including "deepfake porn" or any sexual content depicting real people without consent.
- Minors — any content depicting anyone under 18 in suggestive or explicit contexts.
- Political misinformation — using face swaps of politicians or public figures to create fake statements, endorsements, or news.
- Impersonation for fraud — pretending to be someone else for scams, phishing, or financial gain.
- Harassment — using face swaps to bully, humiliate, or defame any person.
- Revenge porn — using face swaps in any context related to revenge or non-consensual sharing.
3. How We Enforce
- Automated NSFW detection — our AI model rejects explicit content automatically.
- Filename filtering — uploads with filenames indicating prohibited content are rejected.
- Politician name filter — filenames mentioning major political figures are rejected.
- User reports — if you see abusive content created with our tool, report it to abuse@quickfaceswap.com.
Note: No automated system is perfect. Ultimately, users are responsible for their uploads and face swap use (see Terms Section 2).
4. Legal Context
AI face swap technology is regulated in various jurisdictions:
- United States: Several states (California, Texas, Virginia, Florida, and others) criminalize non-consensual deepfakes, especially those depicting real people in explicit contexts.
- European Union: The EU AI Act requires disclosure of AI-generated/manipulated content and restricts deepfakes.
- United Kingdom: The Online Safety Act 2023 criminalizes sharing non-consensual deepfake intimate images.
Violating these laws can result in criminal prosecution. QuickFaceSwap cooperates with law enforcement when legally required.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe content created with QuickFaceSwap violates this policy or the law:
- Email abuse@quickfaceswap.com
- Include: the URL or screenshot of the violating content, why it violates policy, and your contact information.
- We respond to all reports within 48 hours.
6. Consequences of Violation
- Immediate blocking of your IP from using the Service.
- Removal of any cached content (note: most images auto-delete within 1 hour).
- Reporting to authorities where required by law.
